A hot rod cop car? That's right! The HorsePower guys help their local Sheriff's Department with a buildup on one of their Dodge Chargers. First, with air induction and exhaust upgrades; then with a power programmer. Finally, a performance brake setup. They'll also perform dyno before/after tests, but more importantly- the deputy/driver will perform his own high-speed, seat-of-the-pants test!
